How do I submit a ticket?

Tickets are submitted via the dashboard under Support on the left.

You can just click “Submit a Ticket”.

Once you’ve clicked Submit a Ticket, you’re presented with 4 options: Technical Support, Sales, Accounts & Billing and Feedback & Feature Requests. Click Select for your option.

Once selected fill in the subject, body and change the urgency of the issue if you wish. You can also attach any files if you wish.
